已經有凍結的 assertion、要開始或繼續施工時的站。兩個關卡之間的 loop：探索、實作、換量測、推進輪次。這裡沒有關卡。 某張單的 assertion 已經凍結，接下來要動手做的時候，或剛從 refinement 交出來。 也用於：跨 session 接手一張做到一半的單——讀凍結塊與可以改的那部分就能接上。 不用於：還沒有 assertion 的工作、要判這次算不算達成（走 verify-ac）、 決定下一站是哪一站（走 driving-work-to-done）。.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

## 接手
讀 `{issue}/index.md` 就夠了——凍結塊是成功的定義，可以改的那部分是其餘一切。不需要去翻別的
artifact。

## 量測命令
第一次寫的命令要登錄 baseline：

**量不到目標是常態，換就是了**，但換要帶三元組：舊命令 hash、新命令 hash、以及這條新命令

How to install
mdr add hsuanyulee/polaris/engineering@sha256:7ab18831c790e280The line at the top of this page pins the label v3.0.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
