Transfer full task ownership to a fresh agent with a verified brief and explicit release. Use for replacing the current executor, including a directly assigned task with no work card; not for supervising a helper.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Handoff Transfer the owner's task, current state and existing authority to one receiving agent. The owner is whoever owns the work, usually the user. **The receiver does not edit until explicit release.** After verified release the sender stops execution; it does not supervise or wait for completion. Use the installed Reach guide and `sno reach --help` for exact card syntax and command arguments. [The bundled contract](references/reach-contract.json) bounds the text self-test; it does not prove an installed runtime. Confirm `sno reach --version` and the required runtime before creating a receiver. If unavailable, retain ownership and report the missing input. No runtime or installation is bundled with this skill. Install/update through `sno setup`; install any named missing prerequisite before transferring ownership. On macOS use the corresponding Homebrew formula: `bash`, `coreutils`, `findutils`, `gnu-sed`, `gnu-tar`, `flock`, `tmux`, `jq`, or `util-linux`; follow the installed guide's GNU command PATH instructions. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
