CEO 코칭 스킬. 프로젝트/기능의 전략적 타당성을 도전적으로 검증. "만들어야 하나?" — Go/No-Go 판정, 스코프 조정(Expand/Reduce/Pivot/Kill), 불편한 질문으로 전제를 흔듦. /hermes 산출물과 시너지. /athena, /ceo, 아테나, go-no-go, 만들어야 하나, 전략 검토, strategic review 요청에 사용한다.

**우선순위 순서로 입력 확인:**
1. `$ARGUMENTS`에 파일 경로가 있으면 → 해당 파일 읽기
2. 헤르메스 산출물 탐색: `Glob("docs/hermes/*.md")` → 있으면 자동 읽기 (archive/ 제외)
