Install it, pinned
mdr add stevepolitodesign/skills/multi-lens-review@git:20260926.c0ccd57

Pins git:20260926.c0ccd57 in mdr.lock. Pin the fingerprint instead.

Review a change for defects, then against its spec, its codebase's conventions, the domains trying to emerge from it, and whatever still depends on what it replaced.

Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

What the file says

# Code review

Five reviewers, dispatched in parallel, each reading the same change from a different distance:

| Agent | Question |
| --- | --- |
| `agents/defects.md` | Is this code wrong — broken, slow, or exploitable? |
| `agents/spec-fidelity.md` | Did we build what was asked for, and only that? |
| `agents/conventions.md` | Does this look like the rest of the codebase? |
| `agents/domains.md` | Is a domain concept trying to emerge here? |
| `agents/compatibility.md` | Does anything still depend on what this replaced? |

They stay separate so the structural reviewer has nothing cheaper to do. One reviewer asked all five questions spends its attention on naming nits, and never reaches "those five files are one domain object in a trenchcoat."

## The confidence bar

Every finding carries a confidence out of 100: how sure the reviewer is that it's true and that the author would agree it's worth changing. Below 80, the agent drops it without mentioning it. Print the score with each finding so the author can calibrate how much to argue.

What's scarce in a review is the author's trust, not their reading time.

## Workflow

1. Fix the target — one diff, captured once.
…

Read the whole file at its exact version.

How to install

The exact contents, by fingerprint
mdr add stevepolitodesign/skills/multi-lens-review@sha256:196a6437818de349

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260926.c0ccd57, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
