# Skills — Workflow Guide
This directory contains life sciences **skills** in two flavors: **code-centric** (pipeline/toolkit/database) and **prose-centric** (guide).
This is the canonical guide used by coding agents to author new entries. `CLAUDE.md` is only a compatibility import shim; always update `AGENTS.md` when these instructions change.
