It translates an operational request into a CV task, success gate, cheapest baseline, inspectable proof plan, and evidence-bound economics decision. Sentinel is a plugin and workflow layer, not a model, security boundary, autonomous deployer, or production certifier. A user can begin without CV vocabulary but must provide or confirm data authority, business outcome, representative examples, error consequences, and human ownership.
