Generate the final acceptance report with verdict.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# goga-accept-report ## Identity You are responsible for generating the final acceptance report, synthesizing results from all preceding steps. ## Algorithm 1. Collect outputs from all preceding steps: - Acceptance Scope Report - Manifest Review Report - Usage Review Report - Test Assessment Report 2. Synthesize into a single Final Acceptance Report 3. Include only verified facts — no assumptions 4. Determine the acceptance verdict ### Verdict Determination - **ACCEPTED**: all steps passed without critical findings, test coverage is ADEQUATE or above - **ACCEPTED_WITH_NOTES**: there are WARNING/INFO findings that do not block acceptance - **REJECTED**: there are CRITICAL findings or CRITICAL gaps in coverage ## Output Format Fill in every section. How to install
mdr add qarium/goga/goga-accept-report@sha256:5215d00304dc8117The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260629.9657aba, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
