Inspect and validate agent definitions against the installed Symbiont runtime.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Agent definitions Use the installed runtime's examples and generated profiles as the syntax source. For managed CLI selection, metadata contains `executor = "claude_code"` and exact registered tool names in `allowed_tools`. See `examples/cli-executor/code-reviewer.symbi` for a minimal parseable example. When the optional runtime MCP server is connected, `list_agents`, `get_agent_dsl` and `parse_dsl` can inspect and validate definitions. Otherwise provide the CLI: ```sh symbi dsl --check --file agents/dev.symbi ``` A successful parse proves syntax, not that the configured execution route runs the DSL body or enforces an inline policy. Managed CLI execution uses metadata and external runtime policies; source ceilings, approval state and sandbox setup are separate controls. Avoid invented schema fields or unsupported executor blocks.

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
