Teach the user a new skill or concept, within this workspace.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
The user has asked you to teach them something. This is a stateful request - they intend to learn the topic over multiple sessions.
## Teaching Workspace
Treat the current directory as a teaching workspace. Workspace paths (`./lessons/` and the rest) resolve from the directory `/teach` was run in; only the `*-FORMAT.md` links resolve from this skill's folder. The state of their learning is captured in this directory in several files:
- `MISSION.md`: A document capturing the _reason_ the user is interested in the topic. This should be used to ground all teaching. Use the format in [MISSION-FORMAT.md](./MISSION-FORMAT.md).
- `GLOSSARY.md`: The canonical language the learner has demonstrated they understand. Create and maintain it using [GLOSSARY-FORMAT.md](./GLOSSARY-FORMAT.md) when the topic develops its own terminology.
- `./reference/*.html`: A directory of reference materials. These are the compressed learnings from the lessons - cheat sheets, reference algorithms, syntax, yoga poses, glossaries. They are the raw units of learning. They should be beautiful documents which print out well, and are designed for quick reference.

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261014.bd8fc2d, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
A 17 of 17 checks passed. Fixed automatic checks with no AI involved, so the same checks give the same answer every run.
