- 追踪 Offer 到岗转化：已发 Offer、已拒绝 Offer、待入职、已入职。
- 发起面试质量分析：看面试官提问质量、对比同职位面试官、沉淀优秀提问案例、识别低效面试问题。
- 发起竞品情报分析：分析应聘者提到的竞品、查看某个维度的竞品信号、提炼人才流动线索。
- 轮询或取消分析异步任务。
不处理招聘需求列表与需求详情，走 `beisen-recruitment-demand-management`。不处理我的个人招聘待办，走 `beisen-recruiting-todo`。不处理单个应聘者详情，走 `beisen-applicant-follow-up`。不处理职位 JD，走 `beisen-job-management`。
## 招聘进展

入参：
- `dateRange`：预设统计周期，`1` 最近 1 个月，`2` 最近 3 个月，`3` 近半年；未传且未指定自定义日期时默认最近 1 个月。
- `startDate`、`endDate`：自定义日期，必须成对使用，优先于 `dateRange`，间隔不能超过半年。
- `jobIds`：职位 ID 列表；未传时按当前用户权限返回可见在招职位，默认前 15 个。职位 ID 必须来自职位查询或上下文返回。

How to install
mdr add infometa/workbuddyskills/beisen-recruiting-insights@sha256:42dece5ce2593312The line at the top of this page pins the label v1.2.13, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
