# HTML Video Author a video as plain HTML and CSS, then render it with a **pinned, project-local Hyperframes CLI**. The bundled CSS-only templates use local assets after explicit `bootstrap` provisioning; authoring and static audit need no network. Rendering arbitrary project code is not an offline sandbox: enforce external network isolation when that guarantee is required. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
