sk-code OPENCODE surface: system-code evidence (TypeScript/Python/shell/Rust/config standards, language-agnostic patterns, hooks, alignment verification, and skill/agent/command/MCP authoring checklists) plus shared implement/debug/verify workflow doctrine.
