Downloads free, legal open-access PDFs (PubMed Central, OpenAlex locations, Europe PMC, CORE, OpenAIRE, Semantic Scholar), saves each figure with its caption and license, and files everything by topic in one library that it checks before any…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. Do not answer those from the abstract when a free full text exists. Five skills in this repository have a "Full text first" step that names this skill: - `research-critic`, before appraising a single paper. - `clinical-evidence-reviewer` and `dental-evidence-retriever`, for each key study. - `dental-statistical-forensics`, before auditing the numbers of a paper. - `dental-author-disclosures`, to read the paper's own funding and disclosure statements. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
