Own the PR object for the current branch — rename the harness auto-branch (via the branch-rename skill), push, then open the draft PR or refresh the one that already exists, with a title and body derived from the branch. Takes no arguments. Use when the user says "/pr", "open a PR", "draft PR", "open a draft", or similar after committing some work.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
End state of this skill: a draft PR exists against `<base>`, targeting a semantically-named branch (`claude/<task-slug>-<hash>`), with a title and body describing what the branch delivers, and with the copy-ready squash proposal posted as a comment and tracked on the branch per `@.claude/skills/squash-message/SKILL.md`. ## Modes `/pr` takes **no arguments** — new work is `@.claude/skills/plan/SKILL.md`, which publishes its own plan through this skill, and unplanned work is `@.claude/skills/go/SKILL.md`. What this skill owns is the PR object, in three modes. The branch decides which one, not the caller: ### plan-open Caller: `/plan`'s publish step. Rename → push → create draft → body **from the plan**, since there is no diff yet → `/squash-message`. ### `/pr`, no PR Open from the commits already on the branch. ### `/pr`, PR exists **Refresh**: re-compose the body against the real diff — Step 4 unchanged, a REST `PATCH` in place of `gh pr create`. Refresh exists because the body written at plan time is a **forecast**. Step 4 writes the Summary from the branch and delegates the QA section to `/qa-checklist`; at plan time both come from the plan. By the end of `/go` there …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
