1. چک سریع، فقط همین‌ها: تسک‌ها و ورک‌فلوهای پس‌زمینه، `git status` و آخرین کامیت، فایل WIP یا HANDOFF یا checkpoint اگر هست، و آخرین پیام‌های همین سشن.
2. خروجی: کارت خیلی کوچک، حداکثر سه سطر kv: «کجا بودیم»، «چه شد»، «قدم بعد». هیچ توضیح اضافه، هیچ عذرخواهی، هیچ تحلیل قطعی.
3. بلافاصله و بدون سؤال، قدم بعد را شروع کن. اگر کار ناتمامی نیست، فقط وضعیت را بگو و بایست.
4. هرگز از نو شروع نکن، هرگز بازطراحی نکن، دنبال دلیل قطعی نگرد. از همان نقطه ادامه.
