Generates browser extension brand icons, Chrome Web Store promo tiles, promotional screenshots, brand guides, and listing copy. Uses OpenRouter gpt-image-2 via lib/blog-image-generator. Use when creating extension branding, Chrome Web Store assets, app icon concepts, store descriptions, or /extension-store-assets workflows.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Extension store assets
Three-phase workflow for extension branding + Chrome Web Store listing. Self-contained script uses OpenRouter `gpt-image-2` directly (no blog-image-generator dependency).
## Phases

Do **not** skip phase 1. Do **not** generate literal UI screenshots for store slides — use **promotional concept slides** that explain benefits.
## Setup
1. Copy [brand.config.example.json](brand.config.example.json) → `{outputDir}/brand.config.json`
2. Fill in product name, brand prompt prefix, colors, concept prompts, store slide prompts
3. Run from repo root with env loaded

How to install
mdr add illyism/dev-skills/extension-store-assets@sha256:661a9b9ac605175aThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261015.1d6b30b, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
