Answer William's questions about how the Miadi Factory works (a tool's commands, tmux and other multiplexers, which team a session is on and how to set it, where a practice lives, what a plugin does) from the owning team's text, checked against the tool itself, then keep the question in the desk ledger and send any question the docs or tools could not answer to the team that owns them. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Operator desk The operator desk is team T7 (`teams/README.md`). William asks how a part of his own factory works, and the desk answers. Other teams are defined by what they make. The desk makes answers and a record of the questions, and it grows from that record. Each answer comes from the text of the team that owns the part, and the tool itself decides when the text and the tool disagree. The desk never copies another team's text into this skill. It points to it. ## Before answering 1. Search the ledger for the same question: `grep -i '<words>' "$MIADI_ORCHESTRATION_KIT_ROOT/claude/miadi-operator-desk/desk/ledger.jsonl"`. 2. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
