Use when the user runs /autoplan on a plan or idea. Reviews, amends, and derives task IDs with a final human approval gate. Not for remote, credential, publish, deploy, or irreversible changes.

Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. ## Inputs

Required: a plan or idea to develop, supplied as a file path or inline text.

Optional: an existing `tasks/autoplan-ledger.jsonl` to extend. If absent, create one.

## Ledger destination and overwrite policy

The task ledger lives at `tasks/autoplan-ledger.jsonl`. When the file does not exist, create it. When it exists, append new tasks to the end; never overwrite or truncate existing entries. Each run appends only the tasks it produces. This preserves prior runs and makes the ledger append-only across invocations.

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260905.1f63894, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
