Once-per-repo binding interview for the team-workflow pack: records how the pack composes with this repo and seeds the binding doc the other skills read. Use when installing the pack into a repo, refreshing an existing installation's bindings, or auditing a consuming repo for drift after a pack release (audit mode).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Setup This skill binds the team-workflow pack to a specific repo, once, through an interview, and refreshes that binding on re-run. Everything the other pack skills call "the binding doc" is what this skill seeds. Nothing here rewrites the repo's CI or processes; it records how the pack composes with what is already there. **Posture: infer first, confirm everything.** Scan the repo before asking anything: the tracker in use, CI config, verify/test commands, existing agent-context files (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, docs conventions), existing templates, and any config-distribution pipeline that syncs or ignores dotfiles. Present every inferred binding for confirmation; never silently assume one. Exactly three bindings always require a live human answer regardless of what the scan finds: **the decider**, **the binding-doc home**, and **the working mode**. ## The five mandatory bindings …
