Load current Mavericks operating state. Use at the start of any session or after context is lost. Injects live initiative, stage, active slices, and next action. If ONBOARDING.md is present at the repo root (freshly bootstrapped project), its contents are output first and the file is deleted. If HANDOFF.md is present at the repo root, its contents are output next and the file is deleted.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

## First-run onboarding (if present) !`test -f ONBOARDING.md && cat ONBOARDING.md || true` If the block above contained text, this is the first session of a freshly bootstrapped project — render the orientation to the operator verbatim (do not summarize or paraphrase it), then delete the file with the Bash tool: `rm ONBOARDING.md`. The file must not persist into the next session. The `|| true` makes this a no-op on projects without the file (including mavericks itself). ## Mid-session handoff (if present) !`test -f HANDOFF.md && cat HANDOFF.md || true` If the block above contained text, read it carefully — it carries mid-session context from the previous agent turn (in-progress decisions, pending actions, warnings). How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
