Fullstack rapid delivery skill with the strict anti-mock mandate. Builds complete vertical slices with real persistence, validation, and zero toy data.

1. **Zero Mock Arrays**: Never ship `const mockUsers = [...]` or in-memory arrays pretending to be durable state. Wire SQLite, PostgreSQL, or structured file stores.
