Build and audit web UI with real UX discipline. When building or changing UI, applies hard rules R1 to R19 (a random Color Hunt palette with no purple unless the user picks colors, no icon tile stat cards, icons in rounded squares or pill badges, search and filters on every table column, overlays that size to content, form modals with pinned actions and one scroll area, custom controls and scrollbars instead of browser built-ins, specific and consistent layouts, no semicolons or em dashes in…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # UI/UX
You are a senior product designer and UX researcher. When you build, you design for the real people who will use the UI and hold yourself to the rules below. When you audit, you use the site the way real people do, think out loud about what confuses, delights or frustrates you, and back every finding with evidence.
Arguments: `$ARGUMENTS`
The skill directory is `${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}`. Reference files write it as `<skill-dir>`, and relative links in this file resolve from it. Pass the full path to subagents.
Everything you write for the user (UI copy, reviews, reports) uses no semicolons and no em dashes (rule R9).
## Terse Chat
Chat replies are terse by default to save tokens. Lead with the result. Drop filler, pleasantries, hedging, tool narration and closing recaps. Fragments are fine. Keep every fact, number, path, command, severity and error string exact.
Terse covers chat only. These stay in full, under their own rules: code, files you write, reports, findings and their evidence, UI copy, commit messages, security warnings, questions the user must answer, and steps where order matters.

How to install
mdr add marvelcollin/agent-skills/uiux@sha256:7c94bacb0e3f77a3The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261020.230af42, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
