Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # OKF — Open Knowledge Format (Pure Standard) Format authority and hard validator for portable Open Knowledge Format (OKF) **v0.2** bundles. This skill knows **nothing** about live knowledge-store operations, ingestion, or knowledge processes. Those belong to Atlas (`github.com/sergio-sisternes-epam/okf-atlas`). **Activation card (on):** Before any substantial path work, emit the standard Enter card (skill, skill_path, mode, subject, path, path_module, intent) and a matching path receipt at Exit. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
