国会会議録検索システムの公式APIで国会議事録(第1回国会1947年〜最新)を検索する。発言本文のキーワード・発言者・会議名・院・開催日・回国数での検索に対応し、発言単位/会議単位/会議一覧の3モードで返す。APIキー・ログイン不要。法律の条文そのものはegov-laws、書誌はndl-booksを使う。投票結果・議員個人の属性情報は対象外。.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

How to install
mdr add tahodev/kurashi-skill/kokkai@sha256:0a8c479e03066bd9The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261005.28fd7ea, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
