课程论文大纲规划。读取用户主题、上传资料，产出大纲、数据分析规划、图表规划，为后续数据分析和正文撰写做准备。Use when starting a course paper workflow.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

## 常量
- **SUBJECT_DOMAIN** — 学科领域（cs / humanities / economics / engineering）
- **WORD_COUNT_TARGET** — 目标字数（默认 8000）
- **SKIP_FIGURES** — 是否跳过图表生成（true/false，默认 false；从 AGENTS.md 中的 `skip_figures` 参数读取）
- **CUSTOM_REQUIREMENTS** — 用户自定义要求

2. 用户上传的参考资料（`user_data/`，可选）
3. 用户提供的大纲草稿（如果存在 `OUTLINE.md`）

**两类硬规则：**
1. **如果 `SKIP_FIGURES=true`（用户在前端关闭了图表）**：
- 强制走「无图表分支」
- `PAPER_PLAN.md` 中**禁止规划任何 fig_/TABLE_**，只规划文字结构

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
