겟백 1:1 자문 세션(A 대표·B 원장)이 끝난 뒤 줌 녹화 전사록을 받아 노션 코칭 대시보드에 회의록을 올리고, 할 일 보드 등록·대시보드 문구 갱신·클라이언트 카톡 통보까지 처리할 때 읽을 것. "B 원장님 자문했어 노션에 올려줘", "자문 회의록 정리해줘" 같은 요청을 처리한다.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # 자문 회의록 파이프라인
밤밤의 1:1 자문 세션은 줌으로 하고, 기록 정본은 **노션 클라이언트별 코칭 대시보드**다. 세션이 끝나면 이 순서로 처리한다.
## 0. 먼저 읽을 것
- `~/Projects/getback/자문/CLAUDE.md` — 노션 ID 표, 대시보드 규칙, 톤, 회차 산정 기준(계약 회차 기준이며 로컬 파일명의 "N차미팅"과 다르다)
- 직전 회차 회의록 페이지 — 형식을 그대로 잇는다
⚠️ 대시보드는 **클라이언트에게 공유되는 페이지**다. 밤밤이 전달을 지시·승인한 것만 올린다. 밤밤의 내부 판단(수임료, 클라이언트 소속 병원과의 관계, 경쟁자 실명 해부, 협찬 부탁 같은 사담)은 회의록에서 걷어낸다.
## 1. 줌 전사록 받기
`~/Projects/getback/운영/pipeline/.env`의 `ZOOM_ACCOUNT_ID / ZOOM_CLIENT_ID / ZOOM_CLIENT_SECRET`(S2S OAuth).

**⚠️ 가장 큰 함정 — 다운로드는 액세스 토큰이 따로다.** `download_url`에 일반 Bearer 토큰을 붙이면 `401 {"errorCode":124,"Forbidden"}`이 난다. 반드시:

How to install
mdr add bam-bam-2/solo-skills/advisory-minutes@sha256:ef93ee61ba2e1e66The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260913.d0d5788, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
