Enrich project memory by mining 100 recently merged PRs: extracts decisions, conventions, gotchas, and architectural facts from PR discussions, review comments, and PR bodies.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Memory Enrichment
Mine the 100 most recently merged PRs in the current repository. Extract durable learnings from PR bodies, review discussions, and comments. Write what is genuinely non-obvious and useful to project memory.
## Step 1: Validate Environment
Run all three in parallel:

Store `PROJECT_ROOT` (from `git rev-parse`) and `REPO` (e.g. `owner/repo`). If `gh` is not authenticated, tell the user to run `gh auth login` and stop.
## Step 2: Load Existing Memory
Call `project_search` with these two queries in parallel to understand what is already captured:
- `"architecture decision convention pattern"`
- `"gotcha bug workflow dependency"`
Combine results into `EXISTING_MEMORY_SUMMARY`: a compact list of summaries already stored. Extractor agents will use this to avoid rediscovering what is already known.
## Step 3: Fetch Merged PR List

How to install
mdr add rashadansari/myagents/enrich@sha256:c55bc0930c78ad02The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261014.5b60e38, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
