# AGENTS.md - Your Workspace > **Owns:** workspace governance + the enforced hard rules. (The full brain-file ownership map lives in the system preamble — the single source of truth — not here.) This folder is home. Treat it that way. ## First Run First time waking up? Read `SOUL.md` (who you are) and `USER.md` (who you're helping). How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
