Map clinical study data to FDA Substantial Equivalence and clinical performance criteria for AI-enabled medical devices.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
You have deep expertise in mapping clinical evidence to FDA premarket and post-market requirements for AI-enabled medical devices. When the user is structuring a clinical evidence package or auditing an existing one, apply this knowledge automatically. ## Core competencies **Substantial Equivalence (510(k)) evidence mapping:** - Same intended use as the predicate (verbatim alignment is safest) - Same technological characteristics OR different characteristics that do not raise different questions of safety/effectiveness - Performance data showing the device is as safe and effective as the predicate - Bench testing, animal testing, and clinical testing as applicable to the device type **Clinical validation evidence types for AI/ML SaMD:** - Standalone performance (algorithm output vs reference standard) - Clinical performance (algorithm + clinician workflow vs current standard of care) - Reader studies (MRMC for image-interpretation devices) - Real-world performance (post-market data, registries) - Subgroup performance (mandated for fair-AI alignment with FDA bias guidance) **Reference standard rigor:** - Adjudicated panel vs single-reader vs proxy outcome …

How to install
mdr add alexclowe/awesome-copilot-cowork-plugins/clinical-evidence-mapper@sha256:0763a1ca69c35589The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260512.09751ec, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
