pm-init: 方式を選ばずに始めた Layer を途中から AIPM にするとき、今の状態と次に打つコマンドを返す（書かない）.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. [Codex実行環境の読み替え](../references/codex-runtime.md)を読み、リポジトリルートの `.claude/skills/aipm-guided/ops/init.md` を最後まで読んで正本として使う。 2. 正本の「使える Layer」の確かめ方・動き・進め方・守ることをそのまま守る。書く操作は試す→本人の確定→`--apply` の順で、本人の確定なしに `--apply` しない。 3. `/pm-*`・`/01-collection`〜`/04-operation`・`/plc-*` は同名の `$skill` に読み替える。

How to install
mdr add miyatti777/ai-plc/pm-init@sha256:19eb93fca2639506The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261023.5118d6d, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
