Create and maintain a new site's CONTENT_GUIDE.md and BRAND.md — Tone of Voice and EEAT (Experience/Expertise/Authoritativeness/Trust) signals — so every page hangs off one source of truth for HOW it says it. Reads positioning from POSITIONING.md (owned by website-positioning, which runs first); it does not redefine positioning. Use at the start of a new site (step 3 of the new-website pipeline, after website-positioning), before writing page copy, and whenever reviewing/editing copy for voice.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
