Run one cycle of the task-triage loop over a repo's open tasks. Use when reviewing the open tasks (残タスクを見て), dispatching work to build sessions, or checking for unmerged branches (未マージ).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Task Triage — judge, dispatch, verify, merge (the human sets direction) A task ledger grows faster than it drains because filing is the cheapest action anyone can take. This skill is one **cycle** of a loop that drains it — not by implementing faster, but by putting judgment first: every open task is re-read against the code and its own start condition, and only what survives is dispatched. `resolved` / `rejected` / `withdrawn` / `obsoleted` count as success exactly like `done`. Roles (ADR-0043): | Role | Who | Does | Never does | |---|---|---|---| | **Judge** (this skill) | the triage session (Opus 5.5 at its settings effort, `high`; a contested build-or-not goes to the `architect` agent, which runs on Fable) | premise check, worth check, better-solution check, condition check → verdict; writes kickoff packets; independently verifies build output; merges what passed §4 ff-only and pushes; keeps the books | confirms a drop alone; files tasks on its own | …

How to install
mdr add shimo4228/claude-harness/task-triage@sha256:6f3c99bd21666668The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261018.9c2cf31, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
