Find which academicians and society fellows (CAS, CAE, NAS, NAE, Royal Society, ACM, IEEE, AAAI …) cited a paper and what they actually said, with the citing sentence, type and stance. Use for grant reports, promotion dossiers, or any 'who of note praised this paper' question.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# DeepXiv · Appraise (`appraise`) Academic appraisal: which academicians and society fellows have cited a paper, and what they actually said. 112k arXiv papers authored by 5,427 fellows and academicians (Chinese Academies, US NAS/NAE, Royal Society / RAEng, ACM / IEEE / AAAI / ACL / AAAS / IAPR / CCF), with 5.26M parsed references and 8.3M citing sentences, each classified by type and stance. The id is the paper being appraised (arXiv id / DOI / title). ask turns the matched sentences into a Chinese appraisal paragraph for grant reports and promotion dossiers, with the English original attached to every claim. How to install
mdr add deepxiv/deepxiv_sdk/deepxiv-fa-appraise@sha256:71a4e8fb51b3ce40The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261019.ec75048, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
