Cuts one confirmed intent into ordered phases, saves phases.md plus one intent.md per phase, and resumes a phased run. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. CRITICAL: Run `ExitPlanMode` first, if plan mode is active. That call presents no plan and asks for no approval, so pass the literal marker `superdev:routing-exit` as the OPENING of its `plan` argument (a one-line reason may follow it): the `ExitPlanMode` gate allows a call shaped that way and writes no approval sidecar. Without the marker an earlier plan of the same session standing at `VERDICT: FAIL` denies this call and the skill cannot start. # Phases One confirmed intent, too big for a single run, becomes an ordered list of phases. Each phase later starts as its own `intent <phase intent.md>` and goes down its own Simple or Spec track, unchanged. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
