Execute Lite or Full Deep Work Plans task-by-task — select validation from the actual surface, preserve state and evidence, recover safely, and finish with the Final Review.

# DeepWorkPlan — Execute Execute a Deep Work Plan by working through its tasks **sequentially, one at a time**, validating and committing after each, and reporting progress — fluently inside the plan's authorization, without asking whether to continue after every successful task. ## Shared resources (read at their moment, not upfront) The compulsory set for this flow is the router SKILL plus this file: every rule the loop runs on — strict order, gate selection from the actual surface, STOP-on-fail, task-local closure, commit format, the state-update command, the Final Review — is stated inline in the steps below. A default session reads **no** guide, spec or shared companion before Task 1; companions load when their moment arrives. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
