Read-side memory operations on the knowledge graph: search past decisions and patterns, load session context, view decision timelines, render Mermaid graph visualizations. Subcommands: search, load, history, viz, status. Use when finding or reviewing what memory already holds. For storing new knowledge instead, invoke remember; for retrieval internals, memory-fabric; for cleanup, dream.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Memory - Read & Access Operations Unified read-side memory skill with subcommands for searching, loading, syncing, history, and visualization. > **Cross-session read strategy (Opus 5.5 / CC 2.1.111+):** Opus 5.5 reads filesystem memory reliably across sessions. When loading context at session start, prefer the layered read order: > 1. `~/.claude/projects/<slug>/memory/MEMORY.md` (durable index — load first, always) > 2. `.claude/chain/state.json` + most recent `NN-*.json` handoff (session continuation) > 3. How to install
mdr add yonatangross/orchestkit/memory@sha256:c5d1a21a5d460533The line at the top of this page pins the label v2.0.1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
