Counting ops for Facebook/Meta affiliate traffic, tracker or no tracker: Keitaro + Binom APIs (keys, reports, cost push), postback/S2S, no-tracker lane (PWA builder log + affiliate network API/postbacks + own sheet, Scaleo recipe), metric discipline (payout event vs all-conversions, timezones, CPL math), Meta-vs-tracker reconciliation, status→CAPI event mapping, daily spend sync. Principles port to other trackers and networks.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent.
