Diagnose evolve health on Claude — verify the CLAUDE.md @import is actually loading the thin EVOLVE.md into sessions.

This skill diagnoses Claude's `@import` delivery of evolve's thin EVOLVE.md. It
is specific to Claude (where evolve loads via a per-project import that can be
silently declined) and is a **no-op on this platform** — here EVOLVE.md is
always-on and there is no import-approval gate to check. Nothing to run.
