Decodes the hidden VC due diligence scoring rubric and prepares founders for the dimensions that actually decide deals — including reference preparation, the most underestimated factor.

# VC Diligence Decoder ## Overview Every VC firm runs a variant of the same hidden scoring rubric when evaluating a seed deal. Most founders think the pitch deck is the primary evaluation surface. It is not — it is the entry ticket. The actual decision happens in due diligence.
