Animated architecture and data-flow diagrams with PR Lens (@coldtea/pr-lens-cli): hand-write graph.json, validate it, render an animated SVG and record a seamless GIF/MP4 for chats (Telegram). Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# PR Lens diagrams

[PR Lens](https://github.com/coldteadotai/pr-lens) (MIT, https://prlens.dev) renders a JSON graph document into a self-contained **animated SVG** (SMIL `<animateMotion>`, no scripts). A model key is only needed for `analyze` (graph from a git diff); for an arbitrary diagram the agent writes the JSON itself.
## Quick start

- Start from `examples/bots.graph.json` (4 lanes, 12 nodes, 12 edges, 1 flow).
- The build validates, renders (`dark` by default; `light` or `both` as the 3rd arg), records frames with Playwright at `deviceScaleFactor: 2`, and encodes a non-dithered GIF and an MP4 (`crf 18`).
- Env: `PR_LENS_HOME`, `FPS` (20), `MIN_WIDTH` (1600), `PR_LENS_CLI_VERSION`, `PLAYWRIGHT_VERSION`.

How to install
mdr add nordz0r/skills/pr-lens-diagrams@sha256:c75f4784cc3f5cc4The line at the top of this page pins the label v1.0.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
