# Shopify 店铺运营与转化 将任务转化为有证据、成本边界和验证办法的经营决策。来源研究日期：2026-09-23；使用时核验所在站点当前规则。 ## 输入 站点、国家/币种、可访问页面、前后两个可比周期的会话/漏斗/订单数据、流量渠道、SKU 毛利与库存、退款原因；有授权时读取后台导出。没有后台数据则交付页面审计，不猜转化率。 ## 工作流 1. 确认下滑发生在同一渠道、设备、国家和产品组合内，排除流量结构变化造成的总体转化率假象。报表需核对更新时间和收入口径。 2. 用漏斗定位断点，再检查对应页面：移动端首屏是否解释用途与价格，变体是否可选，运费和交期是否在结账前清晰，支付/配送是否适用于目标国家。 3. 商品内容、SEO、邮件与履约放入同一问题清单（S06）。优先修阻止购买的错误，再做信息表达和视觉调整。 4. 主题增加功能时同时测性能与关键购买流程；S04 支持减少不必要脚本。不能只凭性能评分认定转化改善。 5. 根据影响流量、故障严重度、实施成本排序。按 S05 的审计→假设→实验思路选一个主变量，定义业务指标与退款/投诉护栏。 6. 留存按获客时间形成客户 cohort；仅在有效同意与当前平台规则允许的范围使用邮件或短信。交付草稿与规则，不自动发给客户。 ## 交付 页面/设备/渠道对应的问题表、优先级、修复方案、前后证据、验证窗口与回退条件；单独列出目前只能观察、不能定因的问题。 ## 按需参考 - 涉及测算、分支判断或具体方案时读 [操作手册](references/playbook.md)。 - 涉及商品流同步、订单交接、SEO内容或邮件留存诊断时，读 [商品 Feed、供应交接与留存](references/feed-and-retention.md)。 - 需要核查来源强度、阅读边界或平台规则时读 [证据与规则](references/evidence.md)。 ## 证据与执行边界 网络来源只支撑参考文件列出的有限方法；其余步骤、公式、示例和决策条件是 M（模型综合设计），不是作者原话、平台保证或已验证业绩。事实、估算、假设、未知分开记录；互动量不证明经营效果。 仅在用户已授权范围内执行。诊断请求不自动授权投放、采购、上架或联系他人；已明确授权无需重复征求同一许可。执行时保留目标、前后值、结果与回读证据。工具不可用时完成数据模板和方案，不伪造后台操作成功。 ## 当期规则与专项验收 诊断AI渠道商品发现或购买路径时，读 [AI销售渠道运营验收](references/policy-20261016.md)，按该分支补齐输入、判断与回读证据。
