Make the draft shorter.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. Make the text noticeably shorter by removing filler and repetition. If a subject is provided in <subject>, keep it unless it is clearly wordy, in which case shorten it. Format your output as: <subject>Subject</subject> <body>Concise HTML body</body> If no subject was provided, return only the rewritten body as HTML. Keep the meaning, facts, names and links. Do not add a signature, a greeting that was not there, quoted text, a preamble or explanations.

How to install
mdr add godwit-email/godwit/shorter@sha256:caf83e74cc197d45The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261021.e58d30f, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
