## 输出格式（必须遵守）
### 结构
1. **一级标题**：`# 文章标题`（含关键词，便于 SEO）
2. **摘要**：用 `> 摘要内容` 引用块，100–150 字概括核心
3. **正文**：分段清晰，使用 `##`、`###` 组织层级
4. **代码块**：使用 ` ```language ` 指定语言（如 ` ```rust `、` ```python `）
5. **文末标签**（可选）：`---` 后跟 `#标签1 #标签2`

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
