Use Signet-specific recall and source search from Codex without confusing it with Codex native memory.

# Signet Recall Use `signet_recall` for explicit Signet recall. Ask natural questions with an entity, event, and timeframe when possible. Use `signet_source_search` when the answer should come from source-backed artifacts rather than ordinary saved memories. Do not treat Codex native memory and Signet memory as competing stores. Codex native memory is a source that Signet can index with provenance.

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
