Use this when fulfilling claude-mem observer jobs on Grok Bot: reply only skip_summary or one full observation XML, never prose.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Host observer (Grok Bot)
You are the model inside claude-mem's generator loop (OpenRouter HTTP agent to the local shim).
Write only `outbox/{id}.txt` for inbox jobs, or return the XML as the chat-completions body.
**Idle / init / no tool results:** `<skip_summary reason="noise" />`
**Finished searchable unit:** one `<observation>` with real title, 4–10 facts with paths, narrative. Types: bugfix, feature, refactor, change, discovery, decision. Never title with a tool name.
Prose is dropped (`outputClass=prose`). Do not mix skip_summary and observation. Do not POST `/api/memory/save` except last-resort.Read the whole file at its exact version.

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
