Run current-state and problem-identification frameworks on the user's material and render the results as slides: PEST, Five Forces, process pain-points, logic tree, KPI tree, why-why, fishbone, Pareto, As-Is/To-Be gap, impact-effort priority matrix, plus SWOT / 3C. Use for: 現状分析, 課題を特定・構造化, 真因分析, As-Is/To-Be 整理, 課題の優先順位付け, ヒアリングメモを分析スライドに. Not: authoring new templates (analysis-template-creator); deck generation mechanics (google-slides); visual QA (slide-qa).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. How to install
mdr add wfukatsu/slide-forge/current-state-analysis@sha256:b6a766a6516b0401The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260822.3775b27, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
