# 自动翻页 / 刷视频 由手机自己按时执行，不需要你一直盯着。 1. 确认目标 App 在前台（不在就 launch_app），并且已经在要刷的页面（视频流、阅读页）。在登录页或弹窗上时先处理或告诉用户。 2. 间隔：用户说了就用；没说时视频 15 秒、图文 8 秒、阅读翻页 30 秒。 3. 动作： - 竖屏视频 / 信息流：从屏幕下部向上滑（swipe，例如从屏幕高度 80% 到 25%，水平居中）； - 左右翻页的阅读 App：从右往左滑（不要用点击翻页：重复时弹出的广告会被点开）； - 先手动做一次，看画面确实换了，再开始重复。 - 信息流里的广告视频（「广告」角标、「了解详情」「立即下载」按钮）照常滑过去，不点。 4. 用 `android_action` repeat：every_ms = 间隔毫秒，steps = 上面那一个动作；用户说了次数或时长就设 times（时长 ÷ 间隔），没说就不设。 5. 启动后告诉用户：多久翻一次、怎么停（离开这个 App、熄屏、或在小窗里点停止），然后结束这一轮，不要继续观察。 不要在会产生付费或打赏的页面上重复点击；直播间里只滑动，不点任何按钮。
