# CLAUDE.md This file provides guidance to Claude Code (claude.ai/code) when working with code in this repository. ## What this repo is The `claude-legal` **marketplace** — a Claude Code / Cowork marketplace of court-document plugins organized one plugin per state, plus two shared federal reference plugins. It ships **fifteen plugins total — thirteen state plugins + two shared federal reference plugins**. **Each plugin's `README.md` is the canonical detail** on skills, venues, subject bundles, reference corpora, and quirks. - **`claude-legal-federal-laws`** — Shared plugin holding the canonical copy of federal U.S. debt-collection and consumer-finance law (FDCPA, FCRA, TILA, ECOA, Reg B–Z), the model UCC (Articles 1, 2, 3, 9), the Bankruptcy Code (Title 11 chapters 1–15), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. ch. 126) with its DOJ/EEOC implementing regulations (29 CFR 1630; 28 CFR 35/36 incl. the 2010 ADA Standards). Every state plugin declares this as a dependency and symlinks into its `references/` tree.
