Google Maps local business and place data as structured JSON: search places by query and map center, fetch full place detail with address, phone, hours, rating and GPS coordinates, page reviews with sort, and run a local-SEO geo-grid to track where a business ranks across an NxN lattice of points. 4 endpoints on the v2 engine; search, place and reviews are 1 credit, geo-grid bills per point.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. Search Google Maps for places, fetch enriched details for a single place, read its reviews, and track where a business ranks across a geographic grid of points — all as structured JSON. Four endpoints on the v2 engine.

How to install
mdr add scavio-ai/skills/google-maps-api@sha256:82786f5f5faedf75The line at the top of this page pins the label v1.0.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
