Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The skill is a guided tour, not an executor: it explains the stack, the QA pipeline (the IQL stages, always by name: Shift-Left before the sprint, then Planning, Execution, Reporting, Documentation, Automation and Regression), the MCPs, and the env vars that everything depends on, then hands off to the right downstream skill.
